{"content":"<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"font-family: calibri; font-size: 14pt; color: #478f8f; text-align: justify; background-color: #f6f6f6;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; color: #478f8f; background-color: #f6f6f6;\">L&rsquo;Osservatorio nell&rsquo;esercizio delle sue funzioni di monitoraggio dei livelli di autonomia/libert&agrave; delle donne e di verifica della dimensione di genere, utilizza indicatori esistenti e specificamente individuati, traendo ispirazione dall&rsquo;esempio di altri soggetti che si occupano a livello internazionale del tema dell&rsquo;equit&agrave; di genere. Tra questi soggetti &egrave; stato fondamentale l&rsquo;EIGE, l&rsquo;istituto Europeo per l&rsquo;Equit&agrave; di Genere. <a href=\"../../../staticpages/100\" target=\"_self\">La tabella</a>&nbsp;&egrave; il risultato della fusione tra le proposte d&rsquo;indicatori del CS dell&rsquo;Osservatorio e gli indicatori utilizzati dall&rsquo;EIGE con la finalit&agrave; di arrivare pervenire ad una fotografia della dimensione di genere nei paesi UE. L&rsquo;EIGE, come &egrave; mostrato nella <a href=\"../../../staticpages/100\" target=\"_self\">tabella</a> nelle prime due colonne, individua 6 diversi domini (lavoro, moneta, conoscenza, tempo, ecc) e le rispettive aree di criticit&agrave; (partecipazione, segregazione-qualit&agrave;, risorse finanziarie, situazione economica, ecc) nella realt&agrave; dell&rsquo;equit&agrave; di genere. Ad ogni dominio e area di criticit&agrave; corrispondono uno o pi&ugrave; indicatori, contrassegnati da un codice identificativo (ad esempio, &nbsp;IA1 primo dominio, prima area di criticit&agrave;, primo indicatore; IA2 primo dominio, prima area di criticit&agrave;, secondo indicatore). Nella colonna successiva &egrave; mostrata la regola di misurazione (ad esempio, gli anni di durata della vita lavorativa per l&rsquo;indicatore sulla durata della vita lavorativa) e la fonte dei dati utilizzati dall&rsquo;EIGE per popolare il rispettivo indicatore. Nelle ultime due colonne &egrave; visibile il contributo del CS che ha compiuto un lavoro di ricerca nel parallelismo tra i domini EIGE e le autonomie dell&rsquo;Osservatorio e ove ritenuto necessario di modifica, calando nella dimensione territoriale ci&ograve; che &egrave; stato formulato dall&rsquo;EIGE a livello paesi EU&nbsp;</span><a href=\"../../../staticpages/100\" target=\"_self\">&lt;&lt;&lt;TABELLA&gt;&gt;&gt;</a></p>\r\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt; color: #478f8f; text-align: justify;\">Per ciascun&rsquo;autonomia esistono delle aree di criticit&agrave; attinenti a problemi di genere che possono essere messe in luce attraverso l&rsquo;utilizzo di appositi indicatori.
